This website, nodespark.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Private Entrepreneur Hryhorii Ostapenko (TIN 3153220235), registered in Sumy, Ukraine, doing business as NodeSpark ("NodeSpark", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this Site.

2. The plain-words summary
- We set no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking pixels on this Site.
- We collect personal data only when you send it to us — through the contact form or by booking a call.
- We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for marketing purposes.
- A small number of service providers (listed below) process data on our behalf to make the Site work.
3. What data we collect, and how
Contact form
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, email address, and the message you write. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which delivers the submission to our inbox.
Booking a call
When you book a discovery call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com, Inc. (USA), either through the calendar embedded on our contact page or at cal.com directly. Cal.com collects the details you enter when booking (name, email, chosen time, and any notes) and shares them with us so the meeting can happen. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
Technical data
Like almost every website, the servers that deliver this Site keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). Our hosting is provided by Hostinger. In addition, the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare); when your browser requests those files, your IP address is technically transmitted to those providers. We do not receive or store this CDN request data ourselves.
4. Why we process your data (legal bases)
- To respond to you — when you send a message or book a call, we process your data to reply and to prepare for the conversation (performance of pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To operate the Site securely — server logs and CDN delivery are based on our legitimate interest in running a fast, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- With your consent — where we ever ask for it explicitly (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — contact form delivery
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — call scheduling
- Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting and server logs
- Google LLC (USA) — font file delivery (Google Fonts)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — JavaScript library delivery (cdnjs)
These providers act as processors or independent controllers for the narrow purposes described above. We do not authorize any of them to use your data for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above are located in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where personal data is transferred internationally, those providers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms described in their own privacy documentation.
7. How long we keep data
We keep contact-form messages and booking correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on rotating short-term schedules.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (and in particular if you are in the EU/EEA or UK), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email gregory@nodespark.ai or elina@nodespark.ai. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Cookies
We do not set any cookies of our own, and we use no analytics or advertising cookies anywhere on the Site. The one exception to be aware of: the Cal.com booking calendar embedded on our contact page may set strictly functional cookies needed for the scheduling widget to work. If you prefer to avoid them, you can book directly at cal.com instead.
10. Children
This Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how the Site handles personal data — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
