Pricing

Simple, honest pricing

Every engagement has two parts: a one-time build fee, quoted after the process audit, and a flat monthly retainer that keeps everything monitored, maintained, and improving. Your retainer scales with the number of processes we manage, not with hours.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with NodeSpark: pricing, ownership, and what to expect.

How does NodeSpark's pricing work?

Every engagement has two parts: a one-time build fee and a monthly retainer. The build fee covers the design, development, and testing of your automations. It's quoted after the process audit, so you know the full price before we start. The retainer covers everything after launch: monitoring, maintenance, updates, and support.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

Everything that keeps your automations running: automated monitoring, bug fixes, updates when your tools change their APIs, and a direct support channel. If something needs tweaking or breaks, we handle it. No surprise bills, no hourly charges.

What counts as a "process"?

One end-to-end automation, regardless of how many workflows power it behind the scenes. For example, omnichannel response routing (classification, labeling, Slack alerts, CRM updates) is one process, even though several n8n workflows run it.

Who owns the infrastructure and credentials?

You do. This is where we differ from most agencies: we provision a dedicated n8n instance self-hosted on Hostinger under your account, with Python task runners deployed alongside it. Your servers, your API keys, your workflows. If we ever part ways, you keep absolutely everything, running exactly as it was.

How long does a typical build take?

Most automations are built and live within 1–2 weeks. Complex multi-system builds might take 3–4 weeks. You watch progress continuously in your own n8n instance, so there's no weeks-of-silence phase.

Which tools do you work with?

n8n, all major LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), Clay, Bitscale, Instantly, EmailBison, HeyReach, GetSales, HotHawk, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bright Data, AI Ark, Firecrawl, and 25+ more. Where a native integration doesn't exist, we write custom Python or JavaScript nodes.

What happens if something breaks?

We fix it — that's what the retainer is for. Automated monitoring usually alerts us before you'd even notice, and API-change updates are handled proactively rather than after things fail.

Do you only automate GTM?

GTM is our specialty: outbound, enrichment, response routing, reporting. But the same infrastructure handles operations, content, and other pipelines. We've built AI video content production, client onboarding automations, and CRM cleanup systems on the same stack.

What ROI can I realistically expect?

In our founders' agency work, automation removed 16+ hours of manual work a week per team. If a manual process costs your team 10–20 hours a week and we cut that to zero, the retainer pays for itself within the first month. We'll walk through the specific math for your processes on the discovery call.
